The 20-year PSYCHO THRILL anniversary-chapter was written in 2011 at Cologne's well known "Stadtgarten" when the label's WL-compilation "Down With The Pig System ... Is It Dangerous To Be Right When Your Government Is Wrong ?!" (PTNE-2120 psychothrillcologne.bandcamp.com/album/v-a-down-with-the-pig-system-is-it-dangerous-to-be-right-when-your-government-is-wrong-ptne-2120-album) on the occasion of that birthday nite with Detroit's UNDERGROUND RESISTANCE D3 duo (Jon Dixon, De'Sean Jones & Mark Flash), handpicked via 50 double vinyl copies, used to be spread to friends and DJs of the inner "Psycho Thrill" circle. The title track by Baumann & Gavazzova contained on it, advanced so to an internal club hit right from the start.

Especially in the 5 Psycho Thrill-BNKR years following the UR appearance, which now stand for themselves in the entire Cologne club history and which is repeatedly rated as "famous" or "outstanding" till 2day. Since then, the initial track-version (psychothrillcologne.bandcamp.com/track/baumann-gavazzova-down-with-the-pig-system) has been played over and over again or reinterpreted live both in the BNKR itself and after its end in March 2016 continoiusly at the "Rohbau X Psycho Thrill" residency in the Düsseldorf "GOLZHEIM" club. So it is not surprising that Berlin's techno protagonist AVION also became aware of Chris Baumann's track, and the idea consequently arose to continue the legacy Remix-wise here:

In the final result, the "D.W.T.P.S." Acid-Live version from the depths of the now legendary BNKR, which has been recorded in 2015 by Chris Baumann himself as well as, in addition to another variation of the theme with the heavily dubbed-out bonus track "Dangerous". The overall package is then effectively rounded off by three self-standing, futuristic-mesmerizing remixes by AVION itself, which ultimately unfold their DNS structure both stringent and slammin' tangible on the dancefloor. While the PT-XTRA Series saga still continues, which will continue to seriously work on the track catalog of the 2011 compilation (www.discogs.com/Various-Down-With-The-Pig-SystemIs-It-Dangerous-To-Be-Right-When-Your-Government-Is-Wrong/release/3419655) piece by piece ... true to the timeless "Psycho Thrill" motto "there are no rules, fear is unkown and sleep is out of question"! Could it be any different?
